Returns & Exchanges

At Great Eastern Entertainment, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion and accessory purchases. If your item isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery provided it is in its original, unworn condition with tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account or use our guest portal to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Securely place your unworn apparel and accessories in the original packaging, ensuring all manufacturer tags and labels remain intact.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of your box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse inspects the items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your replacement items within 5-7 business days.
